This shop provides you with the ability to order Athletics Victoria apparel. We accept payment by MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, American Express and PayPal.

Athletics Victoria – Message from the CEO

Athletics Victoria has partnered with Star Athletic to design and manufacture the new Victorian State Track and Field Team uniform which is available to purchase on line.

The competition uniform (shorts and top) are compulsory items for all athletes selected to compete for Victoria at All Schools and National Championships. We had hope that sizing samples would be available for athletes to try on at the recent Victorian State All Schools competition but some samples were not released from Customs at Melbourne airport until after the event. This affected a majority of our female representatives and some of our male athletes wanting to purchase the high performance competition items.

Placing an order:

  1. Select the product you require by clicking on the image or item description. Items can be viewed via each category.
  2. Fill in the quantity required and click the "Add to cart" button. Your Shopping Cart details will automatically be updated.
  3. You may then click "View Cart" to finalise your order or "Keep Shopping" to continue purchasing other items.
  4. At any stage, you can click "View Cart" within the Shopping Cart Summary box (top right corner) to finalise your order.
  5. To finalise your order, please continue through to our Shopping Cart.
  6. If you are paying by PayPal, please press the PayPal button in Checkout.
  7. If you are paying by Credit Card, please complete your contact, billing and shipping details followed by your payment details.
  8. Once complete, click “Submit Order”.
  9. Once your order has been submitted, your order is automatically sent through to our warehouse for packing and dispatch.
  10. An order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order is placed. If for any reason you have any problems processing your payment, your order should be saved in our system and we can finalise this manually for you. Please contact us at athleticsvictoria@starathletic.com.au.
  11. You will receive a notification email to confirm your order has been received.

  • Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received and authorised.
  • Personalised merchandise items are made to order and shipped directly to you once complete.
  • If you have purchased general merchandise as well as any items from our Personalisation category, please note your items will arrive in separate parcels.

All prices shown are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax at 10%. Only Australian orders are subject to the GST and all international orders will be processed exclusive of GST.

Once you have entered your credit card details, your payment will be processed online. When you click "Submit Order", we send the transaction to the bank. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the SSL encryption standard.

Delivery Information:

Products available from this website are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Please allow 7-10 working days delivery within Australia.

Please note that a signature is required on delivery in most cases. We suggest delivery direct to your office. If you provide us with Post Office Box details, we may contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address, depending on the size of the order being delivered to you.

If our freight carrier is unsuccessful in delivery to you on more than one occasion, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In the unlikely event that this occurs, to re-send your parcel, an additional freight charge may need to be applied prior to dispatch.

If your order is urgent, please contact us and include your order number reference.

Please note freight costs apply and will be added to your shopping cart on checkout. Pricing below includes GST for Australian delivery.

Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for delivery delays following the dispatch of your order which are due to insufficient delivery information provided within your order or failed attempted deliveries. No damages or compensation will be payable in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 21 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force majeure, the purchase may then be cancelled and you may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation (provided the delay is not contributed to by you).

Exchanges and Refunds:

Sizing charts for clothing is available on each product page. When you click on your desired clothing item, please click ‘Sizing Chart’ to view.

To return an item, please contact us via Live Chat or Email so we can provide you with relevant documentation and a Return Authority Number to return items.

Please note: For all orders received from 22nd February, we cannot guarantee an exchange on items in time for re-delivery prior to team departure date of March 9th".

Goods must be returned within 14 days of order date with any clothing items unworn and unwashed and in re- sellable condition. All products returned will be inspected to ensure the product is refundable. Once approved for return we will credit your original method of payment, excluding the delivery fee. The delivery fee will be credited if the product delivered is faulty, or does not match what you have ordered.

We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
